Whenever I asked him a question in front of a goblet, he would respond with contagious enthusiasm, passing on to me &#8211; sip after sip &#8211; his knowledge and love of wine. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"698\">I share this passion with him and did not hesitate to accept his invitation to enroll in a sommelier course. It was a natural, almost inevitable transition. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"1212\">Then came an unexpected meeting with Erica Sartori, of <em data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"782\">Sartoria del Vino<\/em>, who gave me the opportunity to get to know <strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"843\">Roberto Frega-an<\/strong> authentic reference for the French wine world (and beyond). From there the idea was born: to <strong data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"967\">create something different<\/strong>, not the usual themed evening, but an event that was first and foremost <strong data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1067\">an experience of knowledge<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"1212\">An opportunity to approach wine in an informed way and, why not, to tell the principles by which my personal wine list was born.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Tailored taste: the soul of Wine Tailoring<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p data-start=\"104\" data-end=\"300\"><strong data-start=\"104\" data-end=\"125\">Sartoria del Vino<\/strong> began as a research project dedicated to the excellence of French wine. Over time, with the same philosophy, a very few and very select Italian wineries were added. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"368\">Why <em data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"319\">Tailoring<\/em>. Because we believe in the value of <strong data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"367\">tailoring<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"588\"><em data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"382\">Tailoring<\/em> is also how the producers we select operate: true artisans and wine artists, united by a deep attention to detail, quality and authentic expression of the land.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Find out what you can expect at the event<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"186\">We will start at <strong data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"144\">5 p.m.<\/strong> and you can taste until <strong data-start=\"176\" data-end=\"185\">9 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"188\" data-end=\"368\">Of course you are free to arrive at your own time, but if you wish to fully enjoy the calm of a relaxed aperitif, we recommend arriving a little early.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"891\">You will be able to taste <strong data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"411\">10 wines of your choice<\/strong>, from different wineries: <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"481\">3 whites, 3 bubbles and 4 reds<\/strong>. To accompany the real protagonist &#8211; the wine &#8211; there will be our gastronomic proposals, designed to enhance every sip.
