
Grape Drops at High Altitude: Goblets, Notes and Mountain Flavors.
It was not love at first goblet….
This is how I describe my approach to the world of wine whenever I am asked how this passion for food and wine came about.
At home I have always had a great enthusiast: my dad Giorgio. Whenever I asked him a question in front of a goblet, he would respond with contagious enthusiasm, passing on to me – sip after sip – his knowledge and love of wine.
I share this passion with him and did not hesitate to accept his invitation to enroll in a sommelier course. It was a natural, almost inevitable transition.
Then came an unexpected meeting with Erica Sartori, of Sartoria del Vino, who gave me the opportunity to get to know Roberto Frega-an authentic reference for the French wine world (and beyond). From there the idea was born: to create something different, not the usual themed evening, but an event that was first and foremost an experience of knowledge.
An opportunity to approach wine in an informed way and, why not, to tell the principles by which my personal wine list was born.
Tailored taste: the soul of Wine Tailoring
Sartoria del Vino began as a research project dedicated to the excellence of French wine. Over time, with the same philosophy, a very few and very select Italian wineries were added.

Tailoring is also how the producers we select operate: true artisans and wine artists, united by a deep attention to detail, quality and authentic expression of the land.
Find out what you can expect at the event
We will start at 5 p.m. and you can taste until 9 p.m.
Of course you are free to arrive at your own time, but if you wish to fully enjoy the calm of a relaxed aperitif, we recommend arriving a little early.
You will be able to taste 10 wines of your choice, from different wineries: 3 whites, 3 bubbles and 4 reds. To accompany the real protagonist – the wine – there will be our gastronomic proposals, designed to enhance every sip. A special occasion also to discover a preview of the new menu of the Locanda Stella Alpina, with new proposals ranging from appetizers to risottos, from meats to specialties signed Meggiolaro, with its famous freshly sliced porchetta… and much more.
Adding to the atmosphere is the live piano notes played by Paul, who will accompany the evening with elegance and melody.
A tailor-made taste trail
We offer you a complete food and wine experience, including 10 wine tastings, carefully paired with our culinary offerings, at the price of 85€ per person. For those who prefer a lighter itinerary, two alternatives are available:
– 5 tastings for €45
– 3 tastings for €27
Each glass will be accompanied by pairings designed to best enhance the characteristics of the selected wines, in a journey of flavors that celebrates craftsmanship and research.
